We love our smudge pot, had a couple of user questions and the team at SPD were quick to respond which made trouble shooting a lot easier, great customer!

My team and I had invested thousands of dollars to race two cars at the King of the Hammers race in Johnson Valley California the first week in February. My wife and team of twenty plus people all agreed that the Smudge Pot from Smudge Pot Direct was the best investment we made for that week in the desert. We ran it every night and every morning to keep the team warm.We really appreciate the Great products and great customer service from your company!!

We were so excited when our Smudge Pot arrived! We go to the dunes/camping often & this is a game changer. No stinky campfire smell, warms up a group of 10-20 people in a large area, and simple to use. After a while we had some problems with it smoking, we immediately dm’d their IG & got a response within no time. They helped troubleshoot for as long as it took to get a full resolution, for free, and shipped the new parts extremely quick. We are MORE than happy with our smudge pot & appreciate their customer service

We’ve tried everything. Fire pits. Propane fire pits. Propane IR heaters.. etc.. nothing has worked as well outside as our Smudge Pots. Being able to grab basically unlimited used fryer oil from my local wing place I never have to pay for fuel, it smells like fries, and it’s extremely low maintenance. Fire pits required us to constantly feed them with heavy bundles of wood. Propane runs out or loses pressure when it gets cold. We run these 4-5 hours at a time during our night shoots and it’s completely set it and forget it. Fill it up, light it, enjoy. Just buy one.

You guys were awesome to do business with when I originally bought it. I lived in Phoenix for 15 years and you could get smudge pots everywhere. I remember people having trailers full and literally selling them on the sides of the road. I moved out to Texas a couple years ago, and nobody out here had ever heard of them. I was happy to find your website where I could order one at a reasonable price and get it shipped.
